NOTE: All colonies sold on this page are shipped with workers of the colony. We do not ship queen ants without workers. We believe this helps ensure a healthy colony arrives to you with brood well cared for by worker ants during transit.
Our approach to ant adoption/sales is to keep healthy colonies available year round. We follow a regular feeding routine with all our colonies and move them several times throughout the year to clean habitats. Our prices for ant colonies reflect the level of care they receive. There is No collection of wild, established colonies for listing on these pages. All colonies listed on these pages were founded from a single queen during or soon after their annual mating flights. We do not over collect beyond anticipated demand. This means we will be "out of stock" periodically of certain categories (size categories, species, etc.).
